- Free Standard Delivery: 2-3 days for all UK orders. Excludes tables.
- Express Delivery: 1-2 days within the UK, with most items delivered within 24 hours. May take up to 48 hours for Scottish Highlands and British Isles.

Return Conditions
Products must be returned within 30 days in unused condition and original packaging. Cues must be unchalked and show no signs of use. Secure packaging required for returns. We recommend using our free Royal Mail tracked service for returns.
Free Royal Mail Return Service
Eligible for items within 20 kg and maximum dimensions of 61x46x46 cm (LxWxD) for boxes, or 104 cm length and diameter for tubes. Over-sized packages incur full P&P costs.
